      - Failures and error messages in the UI

      - User flows may not be triggered 

      - User flows may not complete

      - Batch flows may not complete

      - Developing, starting and stopping flows may not be possible

      - This is not a complete list; other issues may exist       

     

    STATUS:

      - 2018-10-10 21:02 UTC - INVESTIGATING - The operations team is aware of the issues and is currently investigating.
      - 2018-10-11 09:54 UTC - INVESTIGATING - Our team is still investigating this issue and working to reduce disruptions to this service.

      - 2018-10-11 12:39 UTC - MITIGATING - There is progress towards a stable environment being made by our operations team.  Initial monitoring shows positive impact, however, we will continue to monitor the system very closely.
