      - Accessing application routes may fail intermittently with 'HTTP 404' responses

      - Cloud Foundry application management is unavailable (push, restage and scaling actions)

      - Attempts to provision new services may fail intermittently

      - Attempts to access existing service instance dashboards may fail intermittently
