    Users may experience intermittent connectivity failures in the IBM Cloud region affecting the following activities:
    • Login to the region
    • Managing Cloud Foundry applications or making requests to the Cloud Foundry API
    • Provisioning services
    • Access to running applications and some services hosted in the region
