    Impact:

    • Some users who have recently registered for a new account experience errors when creating Cloud Foundry applications or services. Errors report failures due to no organization.

     

    Status:

    • 2018-07-24 14:00 UTC - IDENTIFIED - The operations team is aware of the account issues and have identified the issue.
    • 2018-07-24 15:49 UTC - MITIGATING - Steps have been taken to address account creation actions which result in missing org issues.  If missing org failures occur, please retry again a few minutes later.
    • 2018-07-24 21:55 UTC - RESOLVED - Issues affecting provisioning of Cloud Foundry assets for new accounts was resolved at 20:20 UTC
