Users are experiencing issues when staging new CloudFoundry applications or restaging existing ones. Running applications are not impacted.

UPDATE 2018-08-01 14:00 UTC: The team is continuously working to address recurring delays and transient errors in staging/restaging of Cloud Foundry applications as well as other Cloud Foundry management functions. The investigation into the conditions causing these delays continues. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
Note that running Cloud Foundry applications continue to serve requests normally. Management of IBM Cloud Kubernetes clusters is also not affected.
UPDATE 2018-08-01 19:15 UTC: The team has made configuration changes to improve the processing time of Cloud Foundry management operations and is now monitoring to ensure ongoing stability
