    Attention

UPDATE 2018-05-29 22:00 UTC: It has been identified that some custom domain application routes are continuing to experience routing issues. In many cases, the cause has been identified to be a DNS A record configuration which points to a specific, single IP address. Custom domain configuration should use CNAME records pointing to secure.us-south.bluemix.net as documented at https://console.bluemix.net/docs/apps/updapps.html#updatingapps.
An additional possible issue may involve cached DNS entries for applications leveraging a reverse proxy in front of the application. If an application deployment uses a solution which may leverage cached DNS data, a restart of the application may address any routing issues.

If there are any ongoing issues which are not addressed by the scenarios mentioned above, please open a support ticket for further assistance.
