    STATUS:
    - 2019-03-08 10:48 UTC - IDENTIFIED - Next Steps: The support Team have identified the issue and a fix which is in the process of being tested before applying to production

    - 2019-03-08 16:45 UTC - MITIGATING - Next Steps: A fix has been applied which has resolved the earlier problem. Batches are running but currently the system is running at a reduced capacity while a backlog of work is processed.
