We have identified a delay in the delivery updates provided by the Discovery News function supported by the Discovery service.   We are working to resolve this issue.

UPDATE-1 - 2018-03-12 21:38 UTC: Processing of news events has resumed, this recovery will be monitored while the system completes the event backlog.

UPDATE-2 - 2018-03-12 22:14 UTC: Processing of news events has progressed as desired.  Remaining delays are below critical thresholds and dropping.
