    Currently access to the API Connect through the IBM Cloud console is unavailable. The API Connect Ops team is investigating.

    Access to developer portals, API invocation and direct access to API Manager is still available.

    As a workaround you may access API Manager using the following URLs:

    Access through these links will take you to the most recent service instance you have accessed and not provide the ability to switch between service instances.

    UPDATE 2017-11-14 10:00 UTC: The issues have been solved as of 2017-11-13 at 23:16 UTC. Monitoring of the environment has shown stability since the resolution time.
