  • Description
    Users are unable to access Cloud Foundry applications and services that are hosted in the United Kingdom region. This includes managing existing applications/services and provisioning new ones. Both the CLI and web console are affected.

    The team is working to resolve as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    UPDATE 2018-06-01 13:05 UTC: The connectivity issues have been identified and mitigated as of 11:10 UTC. The operations team is monitoring the system closely to ensure continued stability.
    Correction to the original impact statement: The web console was not affected; however some services' management panels in the console may have been impacted if they are hosted in the affected region. Runtimes for some services, such as Cloud Functions, may have experienced intermittent connection failures for instances hosted in the affected region.

    UPDATE 2018-06-01 13:55 UTC: The system has exhibited continued stability and the issues are considered resolved.
