    Users may have experienced intermittent problems when attempting to log into the IBM Cloud platform via the web console and/or CLI

    IMPACT:
    - CLI login (using cf cli or ibmcloud cli)
    - IBM Cloud console (browser) login

    STATUS:
    - 2018-09-01 07:37 UTC - MONITORING - The duration of the issues was on September 1st 2018 between 3:40 UTC and 7:13 UTC. The operations team is now monitoring the systems to ensure continued stability.
    - 2018-09-01 08:57 UTC - RESOLVED - Monitoring has shown stability since the resolution time. The endtime has been adjusted to 7:06 UTC.
